Dear friends were finally able to celebrate a wedding after postponing their event because of the pandemic. It was a lovely and memorable evening; the flowers were gorgeous and it was the first time we had visited with so many friends. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to render an abstraction from the bride’s bouquet. While flowers don’t always render reliably, the orchids, roses, and eucalyptus leaves from the arrangement made an interesting composition.
